Who funds more terrorist activities than any other country?

Who found themselves with US Armed Forces to thier east in late 2001?

What country to thier west was used to place them in &quot;check&quot;?

NATO to the east of me
Democracy and NATO to the west.

I&#039;m stuck in the middle again!
